October - Crazy Little Choreo Series

$95.00

This is for the 4 Wednesdays in October only.

We are about to begin learning an original choreographed group dance in the style of East Coast Swing & Lindy Hop to an exciting LIVE version of a classic hit: Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen!

All dancers are welcome. Most of it will be doable for anyone who's tried some East Coast Swing and other partner dance. There will be a "Spotlight" section for those who want to dance even more.

The goal is to bring this energetic crowd-pleaser to Fog Town Hoedown in San Francisco on Friday, October 30 (or maybe Saturday October 31, TBD). There will be other performance dates—Starlight Strut Oct 24, early Nov at Sundance Saloon, and Dec 9 at our own party. You do not have to perform at all of these.

Classes are on Wednesdays. Please register for the Series in October. Late additions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Costumes: TBD.

Wednesdays:

October 7, 14, 21 & 28 (long) - This is the 4-week series. Pre-registration required. (Try to attend all classes, but it’s possible to catch up or get more practice. We will have extra practice times available.)

  • October 7 from 7:45 to 8:45

  • October 14 from 7:45 to 8:45

  • October 21 from 7:45 to 8:45

  • October 28 (long) from 6:45 to 8:30

Cost:

$95 for the October series - 4 Wednesdays
